EZBiz Services uses the Workmate platform (a product of EZBiz Services) to power its AI receptionist services. This privacy policy explains how data is collected and used when you interact with our services.

1. Who We Are

EZBiz Services provides AI receptionist services powered by the Workmate platform, operated by EZBiz Services (Petal, MS 39465).EZBiz Services is your service provider; Workmate provides the underlying technology infrastructure.

2. Information We Collect

  • Business name, address, phone number, and hours of operation
  • Contact information you provide during onboarding
  • Phone calls handled by the AI receptionist, including recordings and transcripts
  • Caller phone numbers and information provided during calls
  • Appointment and booking details
  • SMS messages sent and received through the platform
  • Billing and payment information processed through Stripe

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide AI receptionist services (call answering, booking, lead capture)
  • Send automated follow-up messages on your behalf
  • Process billing and payments
  • Improve service quality
  • Send service-related notifications

4. Call Recording

Calls handled by the AI receptionist may be recorded for quality assurance and service improvement. Callers are informed at the beginning of each call. Recordings are stored securely and accessible to you through your dashboard.

5. Third-Party Services

Our AI receptionist platform uses the following services to operate:

  • Twilio — Voice calling and SMS messaging
  • OpenAI — AI conversation technology
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Supabase — Data storage

6. TCPA Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Automated SMS messages are only sent with prior express consent. You can opt out of automated messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Call recordings are retained for 90 days unless otherwise configured. When you cancel your service, your data is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
