Terms of Service

EZBiz Services uses the Workmate platform (a product of EZBiz Services) to deliver AI receptionist services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

EZBiz Services provides AI-powered receptionist services including phone answering, appointment booking, lead capture, and automated follow-ups. These services are powered by the Workmate platform operated by EZBiz Services.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Services are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis
  • Your plan includes a set number of AI call minutes per month
  • Additional minutes may be available at an extra cost
  • You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
  • Pricing may change with 30 days' notice

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information during onboarding
  • Inform your callers that calls may be answered by an AI and may be recorded
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding phone communications and data privacy
  • Not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
  • Keep your account credentials secure

4. AI Receptionist

The AI receptionist is a tool designed to assist with call handling. While it is trained to handle conversations naturally:

  • It may occasionally misunderstand or miscommunicate information
  • It is not a substitute for human judgment in critical situations
  • We do not guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly
  • You remain responsible for the accuracy of business information the AI provides to callers

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

  • Make robocalls or send spam messages
  • Engage in fraud or deception
  • Harass or threaten any individual
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZBiz Services and its platform provider (EZBiz Services / Workmate) shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or lost business opportunities
  • Damages from AI errors, missed calls, or service interruptions
  • Any amount exceeding fees paid in the 3 months before the claim

7. Termination

  • You may cancel at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate service for violation of these terms or non-payment
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
